Find of the Week: Skin Care
I am constantly searching for ways to improve my skin. I have rather pale skin, which I love, but that generally means that my skin tone is a bit uneven and I have hyper pigmentation. I generally wear makeup every day to even out my skin tone and this can be drying on my skin. Enter cleansing oil. Using oils to cleanse your skin has become very popular in the last few years. Previously people would use harsh soap to make their face less oily, but it would actually do the opposite because your skin would amp up oil production. Now there are so many different oil cleansing methods and different oils on the market, it can be difficult to find what works best for you.
Boscia Makeup-Breakup Cool Cleansing Oil, this oil rids your face of even the toughest liquid liner and other impurities, while leaving your face hydrated and prepped for moisturizer. There is no oily residue and the subtle, refreshing scent is not overwhelming.
You only need to massage 1-2 pumps of this oil into dry your skin for 30-60 seconds and watch as it melts away your makeup. Then rinse with cool water and tap your skin dry with a microfiber towel. You can purchase this oil from Sephora in two different sizes. Of course the larger size is going to be of better value, I purchased the 5 oz bottle and foresee it lasting me quite a while. I have tried a multitude of different cleansers and oils and this one is by far my favourite.
